Partner Teachers' Training: Transforming VET Education. 
A Five-Day Journey Towards Innovation and Empowerment.

Day 1: Setting the Stage

       Empowering Teachers;

• The day concluded with discussions on decision-making, problem-solving, and the role of teachers in entrepreneurship.

Day 2: Nurturing Coaching Skills

• Teachers learned to create and use personal learning profiles for their students.

Coaching vs. Mentoring

• A comparison of coaching and mentoring, along with the personality traits of effective coaches.

Time Management and Problem-Solving

• Essential tools for educators, teaching time management and problem-solving.

Embracing Multidisciplinary Approaches

• Teachers explored innovative, multidisciplinary approaches to education.

Day 3: Fostering Creativity and Teamwork

Techniques for Teamwork

• Educators explored techniques to foster effective teamwork among students.

Identifying Opportunities

• Discussion on how to scout out opportunities and challenges in the education landscape.

Nurturing Creative Thinking

• Delving into conceptualization, idea generation, and creative instruction techniques.

Day 4: Building Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills

Conflict Management

• Precaution, necessity, and implementation of conflict management in education.

Non-Verbal Communication

• Identifying and practicing non-verbal communication for effective teaching.

Enhancing Conversing Skills

• Developing conversational skills and learning to be assertive.

Day 5: Culmination and Certification

​

Empowering Student Engagement

• Strategies for engaging students through innovative activities were shared.

Course Evaluation and Certification

• The course program was evaluated, and certifications were awarded, marking the successful completion of the training.

Impact and Ongoing Journey

This training program wasn't just a standalone event but the catalyst for a broader transformation. Educators returned to their schools and shared their newfound knowledge, igniting a passion for entrepreneurship and innovative teaching methods among their colleagues. The results of the research conducted by each participating country became the cornerstone of a comprehensive training module, aiming to equip educators worldwide with the skills and strategies to foster entrepreneurship in their students.
